Today's Chic and Cheap was requested by reader Emily P. Her daughter will turn 17 on July 10 and she would like to get her a whole outfit as a birthday present. What an awesome idea for a gift! She has a $250 budget. She describes her daughter's style as both bohemian and girly. She would like the outfit to be comfy and easy to wear.
