Chic and cheap - Casual early spring in mint and lavender

Today's "Chic and Cheap" is inspired by illumino's purple feather watercolor and kikiandpolly's "girl and her bike" print. I'm really loving soft, muted, almost faded colors these days.

This "Chic and Cheap" is not really cheap (but it's not super expansive either), but I needed to dream a little! I wanted the outfit to be both casual and dainty, and easy to wear in early spring. What do you think? Are these things you could wear?
