Although I love winter, I think I'm officially done with it for this year. Crocuses are already blooming and I just can't wait for spring.
That may be why this pea and herbed goat cheese tart (made with almond crust, hence gluten free) from Gourmande in the Kitchen instantly caught my eye. Sylvie, the author, photographer and food lover behind Gourmande in the Kitchen, called it "spring on a plate"- and there couldn't be a better suited name for it.
