11 Healthy Snacks


I decided to start eating better and exercising more, and have been on the lookout for some both healthy and delicious looking recipes. I was thrilled when I came at these 11 mouth watering balanced snacks, including the dried fruit and nut bites above - I can't wait to try them! What do you eat for a snack? Do you have any healthy ideas/recipes/tips?

  3. I just recently blogged a recipe for baked asparagus fries. Honestly, best thing ever. It's a great alternative to succumbing to a fried food craving. :D

  5. I love keeping things like trail mix and energy bites with me so that I don't have an excuse not to be healthy when I am out and about!

  8. Carrots! Carrots have the highest amount of natural sugar of the veggies family. I eat them when I have that sugary, sweet tooth. Most of the time it works like a charm! :)
