Nancy Straughan Hand Printed Textiles

Textile designer Nancy Straughan recently sent me an email to introduce her work, and I quite literally swooned when I started looking through her amazing range of textile designs. Nancy specialises in print design for fashion fabrics and home ware, and “focuses her love of combining classic sophistication with uncompromising attention to detail with each print collection. Inspired by the motifs seen in Scandinavian and 1950s textiles she creates simple and refreshing contemporary products for you and your home. Made in England, and in keeping with her sustainable ethos, each print is carefully designed and printed using the finest and eco- friendly fabrics and papers.”

Everything is so beautiful and soft. I could happily drape myself in her entire collection!

  4. What amazing prints! I've always wanted to buy hand printed fabric, but I have no idea what I'd make with it.

  5. These are gorgeous. I have got to think of something I could make with these. Maybe some kind of curtain or drape?? I suck at sewing clothes. Thanks for another great tip!
